The first ever Directory of Commonwealth Scholars and Fellows was launched on 26 October 2003, at a Reception timed to coincide with the 15th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers, in Edinburgh.
The Directory is one of the largest undertakings of its kind for any international awards programme. It contains the names of almost 20,000 individuals who have held CSFP awards, and career profiles of over 1,800. Itself a product of Commonwealth collaboration, the publication was made possible by funding from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (UK) and Department for Foreign Affairs and International Trade (Canada).
