The CSC Welcome Day 2009 for new Scholars and Fellows was held on Monday 9 November at Central Hall Westminster, London. Speakers included Prof Tim Unwin (Chair of the CSC), Kamalesh Sharma (Commonwealth Secretary-General) and Dr Danny Sriskandarajah (Director of the Royal Commonwealth Society). The Welcome Day was followed by an evening reception at Lancaster House.
